Wyre Business Awards in 2017

The deadline has closed and the entries are in; this year’s Wyre Business Awards finalists have been decided and will join Wyre Council and radio personality compere Sally Naden on Thursday 29th November at the Marine Hall to discover their fate.

A selection of judges have scored each category and shortlisted some of the best businesses in Wyre. Now, they will attend the Wyre Business Awards 2018 and hopefully win a coveted trophy designed at Glasform by John Ditchfield.

The council is proud and delighted to announce that the headline sponsors for the 5th annual Wyre Business Awards will be NPL Group and Regenda Group.

NPL Group are main land owners at the Hillhouse Technology Enterprise Zone. The site is home to over 40 businesses including multi-national companies Victrex PLC, AGC Chemicals Europe and Vinnolit.

The Regenda Group, in collaboration with local partners including Wyre Council, has documented a 10 year vision for Fleetwood’s neighbourhoods. They own or manage around 13,000 properties across the North West, including social rented housing, housing for older people, supported housing, private rented property and housing for sale. Their mission is to regenerate places to create opportunities for people.
